Mindology had already established a successful counselling practice in Kildare and was preparing to open a second wellness centre in Clane. The challenge wasn't simply to launch a new website. The business needed to build awareness of the new location, generate appointment bookings, attract new therapists and establish visibility in local search — while creating an online presence that reflected the growing practice and could support its future expansion.
We started with the website and customer journey, creating a modern, welcoming experience that clearly explained Mindology's services, introduced its therapists and made requesting an appointment straightforward. We then implemented our SEO Starter Package, including keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, Local SEO, internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation and AI SEO foundations. But a new location needs customers now, not months down the line. So while SEO began building longer-term visibility, we launched targeted Google Ads campaigns to put Mindology in front of people actively searching for counselling and therapy services in Clane and the surrounding area.
The combined strategy helped Mindology successfully launch its second wellness centre while building both immediate and longer-term visibility.
In the first three months alone, Google Ads generated 154 tracked enquiries and phone calls from just €337 in advertising spend, at an average cost of approximately €2.19 per enquiry. The campaigns attracted 479 qualified website visits at an average CPC of €0.70.
Organic visibility developed alongside the paid campaigns. Mindology achieved the #1 organic position for “Low Cost Therapy Kildare” and the #1 position in Google’s Local Pack for the same search — giving the business visibility across paid, organic and local search.
